Staff Development and Orientation. ‌ The Union and the Employer jointly agree that staff development and orientation ensures that the employee gains the necessary skills to perform the best possible job and is instrumental in providing for a more fulfilling work situation. All employees within the bargaining unit will be eligible for staff development privileges.
