Common use of Staff Records Clause in Contracts

Staff Records. The Authority shall, subject to the requirements of the Law, deliver to DBFM Co as soon as reasonably practicable after the Relevant Service Transfer Date all those records relating to the Transferring Employees which were in its possession or under its control at the Relevant Service Transfer Date, which shall include all such records relating to competence, qualifications and training.
