Payroll Records. CONTRACTOR and any Subcontractor(s) shall comply with the requirements of Labor Code Section 1776. Such compliance includes the obligation to furnish the records specified in Section 1776 directly to the Labor Commissioner in an electronic format, or other format as specified by the Commissioner, in the manner provided by Labor Code Section 1771.4. The requirements of Labor Code Section 1776 provide in part:
1.1.1. CONTRACTOR and any Subcontractor(s) performing any portion of the work under this Contract shall keep an accurate record, showing the name, address, social security number, work classification, straight time and overtime hours worked each day and week, and the actual per diem wages paid to each journeyman, apprentice, worker, or other employee employed by CONTRACTOR or any Subcontractor(s) in connection with the work.
1.1.2. Each payroll record shall contain or be verified by a written declaration that it is made under penalty of perjury, stating both of the following:
(a) The information contained in the payroll record is true and correct.
(b) The employer has complied with the requirements of Labor Code Sections 1771, 1811, and 1815 for any work performed by his or her employees in connection with the Contract.
1.1.3. The payroll records shall be certified and shall be available for inspection at the principal office of CONTRACTOR on the basis set forth in Labor Code Section 1776.
1.1.4. CONTRACTOR shall inform COUNTY of the location of the payroll records, including the street address, city and county, and shall, within five working days, provide a notice of any change of location and address of the records.
1.1.5. Pursuant to Labor Code Section 1776, CONTRACTOR and any Subcontractor(s) shall have 10 days in which to provide a certified copy of the payroll records subsequent to receipt of a written notice requesting the records described herein. In the event that CONTRACTOR or any Subcontractor fails to comply within the 10-day period, he or she shall, as a penalty to COUNTY, forfeit $100, or a higher amount as provided by Section 1776, for each calendar day, or portion thereof, for each worker to whom the noncompliance pertains, until strict compliance is effectuated. Payroll Records. A. In addition to submitting CPR(s) to the Labor Commissioner of California pursuant to Labor Code section 1771.4 or any other applicable law, Contractor shall provide CPR to the JBE upon request and shall cause each subcontractor performing any portion of the Work to provide to the JBE CPR(s), showing the name, address, social security number, work classification, straight time, and overtime hours worked each day and week, and the actual per diem wages paid to each journeyman, apprentice, worker, or other employee employed by the Contractor and/or each subcontractor in connection with the Work.
B. All CPRs shall be available for inspection at all reasonable hours at the principal office of Contractor on the following basis:
(1) A certified copy of an employee’s CPR shall be made available for inspection or furnished to the employee or his/her authorized representative on request.
(2) CPRs shall be made available for inspection or furnished upon request to a representative of the JBE, Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, Division of Apprenticeship Standards, and/or the Department of Industrial Relations.
(3) CPRs shall be made available upon request by the public for inspection or copies thereof made; provided, however, that a request by the public shall be made through either the JBE, Division of Apprenticeship Standards, or the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. If the requested CPRs have not been provided pursuant to the provisions herein, the requesting party shall, prior to being provided the records reimburse the costs of preparation by Contractor, subcontractors, and the entity through which the request was made. The public shall not be given access to the records at the principal office of Contractor.
C. The form of certification for the CPRs shall be as follows:
D. Each Contractor shall file a certified copy of the CPRs with the entity that requested the records within ten (10) days after receipt of a written request.
E. Any copy of records made available for inspection as copies and furnished upon request to the public or any public agency by the JBE, Division of Apprenticeship Standards, or Division of Labor Standards Enforcement shall be marked or obliterated in such a manner as to prevent disclosure of an individual’s name, address, and social security number. Contractor is not subject to a penalty assessment pursuant to this section due to the failure of a subcontractor to comply with this section.

Payroll Records. As required by Section 6.22(e)(6) of the Administrative Code and Section 1776 of the California Labor Code, Contractor shall keep or cause to be kept complete and accurate payroll records for all trade workers performing Covered Services. Such records shall include the name, address and social security number of each worker who provided Covered Services on the project, including apprentices, his or her classification, a general description of the services each worker performed each day, the rate of pay (including rates of contributions for, or costs assumed to provide fringe benefits), daily and weekly number of hours worked, deductions made and actual wages paid. Every subcontractor who shall undertake the performance of any part of Covered Services shall keep a like record of each person engaged in the execution of Covered Services under the subcontract. All such records shall at all times be available for inspection of and examination by the City and its authorized representatives and the DIR.
Payroll Records. Contractor and its subcontractor(s) shall keep accurate certified payroll records of employees and make them available to the District immediately upon request.
Payroll Records. Contractor shall retain payroll records pertaining to work performed for this Contract for three (3) years following expiration or termination of this Contract and, upon request, provide certified copies of such payroll records to Enterprise Services.

Construction Manager and Subconsultants shall keep accurate certified payroll records and supporting documents as mandated by Section 1776 of the California Labor Code and as defined in Section 16000 of Title 8 of the California Code of Regulations, showing the name, address, social security number, work classification, straight time and overtime hours worked each day and week, and the actual per diem wages paid to each journeyman, apprentice, worker, or other employee employed by the Construction Manager or Subconsultant in connection with the public work. Each payroll record shall contain or be verified by a written declaration that it is made under penalty of perjury, stating both of the following:
i. The information contained in the payroll record is true and correct.
ii. The employer has complied with the requirements of Sections 1771, 1811, and 1815 for any work performed by his or her employees on the public works project.
b. The payroll records enumerated under subsection (a) above shall be certified as correct by the Construction Manager under penalty of perjury. The payroll records and all supporting documents shall be made available for inspection and copying by the Department’s representatives at all reasonable hours at the principal office of the Construction Manager. The Construction Manager shall provide copies of certified payrolls or permit inspection of its records as follows:
i. A certified copy of an employee's payroll record shall be made available for inspection or furnished to the employee or the employee's authorized representative on request.
ii. A certified copy of all payroll records enumerated in subsection (a) above, shall be made available for inspection or furnished upon request to a representative of Department, the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement and the Division of Apprenticeship Standards of the Department of Industrial Relations. Certified payrolls submitted to Department, the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement and the Division of Apprenticeship Standards shall not be altered or obliterated by the Construction Manager.
iii. The public shall not be given access to certified payroll records by the Construction Manager. The Construction Manager is required to forward any requests for certified payrolls to the Department Contract Manager by both facsimile and regular mail on the business day following receipt of the request.

(1) The Recipient shall make and maintain records, for three years after completion of the work, containing the following information for each worker: i Name, address, and social security number; ii The worker's occupation(s) or classification(s); iii The rate or rates of wages paid; iv The number of daily and weekly hours worked by each worker; v Any deductions made; and

Contractor and each subcontractor shall keep an accurate payroll record, showing the name, address, social security number, work classification, straight time and overtime hours worked each day and week, and the actual per diem wages paid to each journeyman, apprentice, worker, or other employee employed by him or her in connection with the public work. The payroll records shall be certified and shall be available for inspection at all reasonable hours at the principal office of Contractor in the manner provided in Labor Code section 1776. In the event of noncompliance with the requirements of this section, Contractor shall have 10 days in which to comply subsequent to receipt of written notice specifying in what respects such Contractor must comply with this section. Should noncompliance still be evident after such 10-day period, Contractor shall, as a penalty to District, forfeit not more than $100.00 for each calendar day or portion thereof, for each worker, until strict compliance is effectuated. The amount of the forfeiture is to be determined by the Labor Commissioner. A contractor who is found to have violated the provisions of law regarding wages on Public Works with the intent to defraud shall be ineligible to bid on Public Works contracts for a period of one to three years as determined by the Labor Commissioner. Upon the request of the Division of Apprenticeship Standards or the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, such penalties shall be withheld from progress payments then due.
