Common use of Staff Reporting Clause in Contracts

Staff Reporting. When any staff changes occur, Contractors must notify their ESS TA using the ESS-A-005 — Contractor Staff and Training Form. New staff working under this contract, must have completed a national background check before their start date. (For the National Background Check, only the completion date is reported on the form. DO NOT send the actual report. Retain a copy of the national background check on file for audit purposes.)
