Staff Representative. After notifying Nursing Administration, the Association's authorized staff representatives shall have access to the Employer's premises where nurses covered by this Agreement are working, excluding patient care areas, for the purpose of investigating grievances and contract compliance. Such visits shall not interfere with or disturb nurses in the performance of their work during working hours and shall not interfere with patient care.
Staff Representative. The Sheriff will recognize one (1) Labor Council staff representative as a union representative in accordance with this Article upon receipt of a letter identifying the staff representative or his designee. Said staff representative shall be admitted to the Sheriff's facilities, which are open to the general public, during normal business hours. Said staff representative shall notify the Sheriff or designee of his arrival prior to conducting any Union business.
Staff Representative a. The school-based meeting is outside of school hours and is concerning labour relations or disciplinary matters.
b. The school-based meeting is during school hours and is a grievance meeting or labour relations meeting and the Staff Representative is invited by the teacher or principal.
Staff Representative. The staff representative, upon prior notification to the Employer, may be permitted reasonable access to the premises for the purpose of consulting with bargaining unit members about the provisions of this Agreement, the adjustment of grievances, and those other purposes specifically described elsewhere in the provisions of this Agreement. The staff representative shall make his/her presence known to management immediately upon arrival on the premises of the Employer.
Staff Representative. The Staff Representative of the Union or authorized representative may contact employees on the Employer premises provided that on each visit such representatives make their presence known to the head of the Human Resources Department (Manager or Director) or his/her designate and shall indicate the purpose of the visit, and identify those areas of the Employer which the representatives desire to visit.
Staff Representative. The staff representative shall be permitted 17 reasonable access to the premises for the purpose of consulting with bargaining unit 18 members about the provisions of this Agreement, the adjustment of grievances, and those 19 other purposes specifically described elsewhere in the provisions of this Agreement. 21 The staff representative shall make his/her presence known to management immediately 22 upon arrival on the premises of the Employer.
Staff Representative. A member of staff employed by the Trust who undertakes one of the above roles.

Staff Representative. The staff representative of the Union may speak to the bargaining unit employees during their designated breaks and/or before and after working hours, on MetroParks property which is open to the general public. Such visits shall not interfere with the work assignments of any employee.
Staff Representative. The words "Staff Representative" when used in the Agreement shall mean an employee of the United Steelworkers of America.
