Staffing/Certification/Training. To promote public safety and offender accountability, staffing must be adequate to meet safety and Program needs and shall be established in agreement with MDOC and in accordance with the following policies and procedures: a) Staff Recruitment, Selection, and Licensure/Certification: Contractor must follow PFB 6.2.406 Staffing Requirements and Training. b) Staffing Plans/Patterns: Contractor must follow PFB 6.2.406 Staff Requirements and Training. c) Staff Training: Contractor must follow PFB 6.2.406 Staff Requirements and Training. d) Background Staff Investigations: Contractor must follow PFB 6.2.402 Background Checks.
