Offender Per Diem Rates. FY 2022 (July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022) and FY 2023 (July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023) Butte Prerelease- Male: For the contract period FY 2022, State will pay Contractor a per diem rate of $54.75 (fifty-four and 75/100 dollars) per offender, per day. For the contract a period FY 2023, State will pay Contractor a per diem rate of $55.30 (fifty-five and 30/100 dollars) per offender, per day. Program capacity at the Butte Prerelease Male facility is one hundred twenty (120) male prerelease beds, with maximum compensation calculated at an Average Daily Population of one hundred twenty (120) beds for the contract year. FY 2022 (July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022) and FY 2023 (July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023) Women’s Transition Center - Female: For the contract period FY 2022, State will pay Contractor a per diem rate of $64.30 (sixty-four and 30/100 dollars) per offender, per day. Program capacity at the Women’s Transition Center Female facility is fifty-five (55) female prerelease beds, with maximum compensation calculated at an Average Daily Population of fifty-five (55) beds for the contract year. If Contractor is unable to fill all of the sanction beds, the beds may be filled with standard female prerelease residents at the current applicable female prerelease per diem rate. WATCh West's capacity at the Xx. Xxxxxxxxxxxx facility is eighty-one (81) Felony DUI beds (inclusive of two (2) Inmate Workers), with maximum compensation calculated at an Average Daily Population of eighty- one (81) beds for the contract year.
