STAFFING OF FACILITIES BY THE PRACTICE. To the extent that the Practice or the Practice Providers are responsible for staffing facilities provided by AmeriPath, the Practice shall provide adequate staffing to ensure that medical services are provided in a manner consistent with applicable community and medical specialty standards. From time to time AmeriPath may acquire new facilities that it wishes the Practice to staff. The Practice agrees that in the event AmeriPath acquires or develops a new facility that it wishes the Practice to staff, the Practice will use its best efforts to staff the facility. The parties agree that the Operating Plan will be revised as necessary to accommodate staffing of the new facility.
