Common use of Staffing Replacements Clause in Contracts

Staffing Replacements. If the Manager for any reason replaces any of its personnel performing services under the Agreement (whether or not the individual is designated as Key Personnel), the Manager shall facilitate the transition of responsibility for the services to the replacement personnel in a manner that minimizes disruption to the Company and the FRBNY, including, without limitation, continuity of services.
