Stand-Alone Plans. As a result of Buyer's purchase of the DNE Shares contemplated by this Agreement, the DNE Technologies, Inc. Savings Plan (the "DNE Plan") shall continue in effect after the Closing Date as a plan sponsored by Buyer or one of its Affiliates and the account balances of employees of the DNE Group ("DNE Employees" and, together with Business Employees, "Affected Employees") shall not be distributable from the DNE Plan.
