Common use of Standard Benefits Package Clause in Contracts

During the Employment Term, Executive will be eligible to participate in all employee benefit plans which the Company makes available to senior executive officers (including the Company’s qualified retirement plan), in a manner no less favorable than other senior executive officers of the Company, according to the terms of the plans and policies as they exist from time to time.
