Standard Booth. The system that is rented to the COMPANY during the congress, consisting of the mela- mine-coated chipboard panel and aluminum profiles which define the boundaries of the booth having num- bers of facades which is predetermined in the project. There are two chairs for each booth, one desk, one trash can, and one power outlet included in the booth system. Extra services and equipment requests by the COMPANY before the date 16 November 2023 will be provided based on additional charges, if it is approved by the CHAMBER. Since standard booths have no carrying property, it is not allowed to drill or nail the panels and stick the advertising material on them. Only light weighted pictures are allowed to be put on, and the use of double-sided tape is suggested. The products to be exhibited should be designed to remain in the airspace belonging to the booth area.
