EXHIBITION ORDER. 4.1. The outline of the exhibition area will be provided by the CHAMBER. COMPANY will exhibit its products and services in the areas allocated to them in accordance with the terms of this contract. CHAMBER has the right to change the general layout of the exhibition area under necessary conditions. The outline of the ex- hibition area is attached to this document. The required information related to the product or service has to be provided by the COMPANY’s booth attendant. 4.2. The COMPANY renting the neighboring booth may be changed due to arbitrary reasons. For these rea- sons, the other COMPANY cannot regard the CHAMBER as responsible and cannot make any claim on change. 4.3. The COMPANY cannot show the CHAMBER as the buyer for any product shipped or sent to the exhibi- tion area. The COMPANY cannot claim compensation from the CHAMBER for any reason, such as incomplete and incorrect deliveries accepted by the HOTEL, damaged materials, or wrong storage of any material by the HOTEL.

The planning of the exhibition area will be carried out by the COMMITTEE and the COMPANY will exhibit its products and services in the areas allocated to them in accordance with the terms of this contract. The COMMITEE has the right to change the general layout schemes drawn for the exhibition areas when it is necessary. Technical and commercial information related to the promotion of the exhibited products will be given by the representatives of each COMPANY. 4.2. The owner of the leased neighboring stands may be changed at any time. The COMPANY cannot hold the COMMITTEE responsible and cannot claim anything due to these changes.

For these reasons, the other COMPANY cannot regard the CHAMBER as responsible and cannot make claim on change. 4.3 The CHAMBER is not responsible for the fact that the material cannot be moved to the booth due to the size, capacity of the elevator (Maximum capacity: 1600 kg., height: 219 cm. from top to floor, width: 138 cm, front to back: 239 cm, doors witdh : 130 cm, doors height: 210 cm) and pass corridors are not available. The COMPANY is responsible for the damage caused by exceeding the carrying capacity of the elevator. The COMPANY cannot show the CHAMBER as buyer for any product shipped or send to the exhibition area. The COMPANY cannot claim compensation from the CHAMBER for reasons such as incomplete and incorrect deliveries accepted by the HOTEL, damaged materials, wrong storage of the any material by the HOTEL.

  • Litigation; Orders There is no Proceeding (whether federal, state, local or foreign) pending or, to the knowledge of the Acquiror Company, threatened against or affecting the Acquiror Company or any of Acquiror Company’s properties, assets, business or employees. To the knowledge of the Acquiror Company, there is no fact that might result in or form the basis for any such Proceeding. The Acquiror Company is not subject to any Orders.

  • Termination – Orderly After receipt of a termination notice from the County of Orange, the Contractor may submit to the County a termination claim, if applicable. Such claim shall be submitted promptly, but in no event later than 60 days from the effective date of the termination, unless one or more extensions in writing are granted by the County upon written request of the Contractor. Upon termination County agrees to pay the Contractor for all services performed prior to termination which meet the requirements of the Contract, provided, however, that such compensation combined with previously paid compensation shall not exceed the total compensation set forth in the Contract. Upon termination or other expiration of this Contract, each party shall promptly return to the other party all papers, materials, and other properties of the other held by each for purposes of performance of the Contract.

  • Pre-Ordering 2.2.1 BellSouth will provide electronic access to its OSS and the information contained therein in order that OneTone can perform the following pre-ordering functions: service address validation, telephone number selection, service and feature availability, due date information, customer record information and loop makeup information. Mechanized access is provided by electronic interfaces whose specifications for access and use are set forth at BellSouth’s Interconnection Web site. The process by which BellSouth and OneTone will manage these electronic interfaces to include the development and introduction of new interfaces will be governed by the change management process as described in Section 2.7 below. OneTone shall provide to BellSouth access to customer record information, Version: 2Q05 Resale Agreement 07/21/05 including circuit numbers associated with each telephone number where applicable. OneTone shall provide such information within four (4) hours after request via electronic access where available. If electronic access is not available, OneTone shall provide to BellSouth paper copies of customer record information, including circuit numbers associated with each telephone number where applicable. If BellSouth requests the information before noon, the customer record information shall be provided the same day. If BellSouth requests the information after noon, the customer record information shall be provided by noon the following day. 2.2.2 The Parties agree not to view, copy, or otherwise obtain access to the customer record information of any customer without that customer's permission. OneTone will obtain access to customer record information only in strict compliance with applicable laws, rules, or regulations of the state in which the service is provided. BellSouth reserves the right to audit OneTone’s access to customer record information. If a BellSouth audit of OneTone’s access to customer record information reveals that OneTone is accessing customer record information without having obtained the proper End User authorization, BellSouth upon reasonable notice to OneTone may take corrective action, including but not limited to suspending or terminating OneTone’s electronic access to BellSouth’s OSS functionality. All such information obtained through an audit shall be deemed Information covered by Section 7, Proprietary and Confidential Information in General Terms and Conditions.

  • Purchase Order A Customer may use purchase orders to buy commodities or contractual services pursuant to the Contract and, if applicable, the Contractor must provide commodities or contractual services pursuant to purchase orders. Purchase orders issued pursuant to the Contract must be received by the Contractor no later than the close of business on the last day of the Contract’s term. The Contractor is required to accept timely purchase orders specifying delivery schedules that extend beyond the Contract term even when such extended delivery will occur after expiration of the Contract. Purchase orders shall be valid through their specified term and performance by the Contractor, and all terms and conditions of the Contract shall survive the termination or expiration of the Contract and apply to the Contractor’s performance. The duration of purchase orders for recurring deliverables shall not exceed the expiration of the Contract by more than twelve months. Any purchase order terms and conditions conflicting with these Special Contract Conditions shall not become a part of the Contract.
