Standard Contract Conditions. 1. The contract shall be governed in all respects as to validity, the construction, capacity, performance, or otherwise by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Exclusive venue and jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes shall be by non-jury trial in the Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, Court of Common Pleas if IU13 is a party, or in the applicable Court of Common Pleas in the county in which the CAFCO participant is located if IU13 is not a party.
