Standard Insurance Policy Requirements. A. Without limiting the indemnity obligations or liabilities of Engineer or its insurers, provided herein, Engineer agrees to carry and maintain at its sole expense during the Term of this Agreement the following policies of insurance (individually, a “Policy” and, collectively, the “Policies”) in at least the minimum amounts specified below. B. At least five (5) days prior to execution of this Agreement by PCCA, Engineer will provide to PCCA’s Risk Program Manager certificates of insurance issued by each insurance company providing any of the required insurance coverage, and the text entered in each certificate must be acceptable to PCCA. The requirement to provide acceptable certificates of insurance is a material condition of this Agreement, and work under this Agreement and any associated Service Order may not commence until such certificates of insurance have been received, reviewed, and accepted by PCCA.
