Standard Maintenance Services. (a) Help Desk. A help desk for Product support issues (the “Help Desk”) will be available to Customer. Unless specified in an Order, Customer should contact 000.000.0000 to receive a telephone number for the applicable supporting Solutions & Support Center. Customer will appoint one Product administrator and one backup administrator to serve as the primary point of contact regarding maintenance services.
Standard Maintenance Services. FWI’s standard Software Maintenance Service includes the following:
a. Visual Communications Software Upgrades. FWI shall support any updates to the Visual Communications Software which may include but are not limited to enhancements or bug fixes for Your existing version of software during the Term of the Visual Communications Software subscription.

Construction maintenance works for the buildings, including but not limited to the following: Cleaning the building indoor and outdoor areas; water blasting; waterproofing; roof insulation; painting; repair and maintenance of the electrical and plumbing facilities; restorations / reconstructions of local damages on walls, roofs and fences; coatings; window and door frame replacements; tile placement/replacement; painting of metal fixtures (pipes, rails, bannisters), metal structures etc. Supervising and monitoring the structural elements of the aqueducts, which includes but is not limited to the following tasks: o Inspecting the aqueducts for any overflow, sedimentation, damages, landslides and any type of risk in the wider area etc. o Monitoring and systematically recording leaks and any type of risks. o Inspecting and cleaning the grates o Periodically clearing the vegetation that is in contact with the channel slopes o Carrying out local interventions (cleaning, repairing, waterproofing) o Carrying out local restorations and small-scale interventions on the structural elements of the aqueducts o Carrying out topographic surveys Drainage structures o Opening new trenches and excavating new ones to collect xxxxxxxxxx o Cleaning the culverts using mechanical and manual means Measurement drills o Performing rotary drilling of exploratory boreholes and control boreholes o Carrying out rotary percussive drilling to install instruments Excavations - Backfilling o Deepening - widening - cleaning of river or torrent beds o Trench excavating and backfilling Reconstructing and maintaining access/inspection roads at the aqueducts and the EWSS facilities Installing, maintaining and replacing security measures along the aqueduct Such measures include but are not limited to the following: o Maintaining or building safety walls, rails and fences in every facility. o Installing warning/prohibition signs Concrete laying / reinforcements Sandblasting, water blasting and painting to maintain metal fixtures. Piping structures o Repairing and replacing pipes of different cross-sections in cases of damage o Installing new water supply pipes o Installing new drain pipes o Carrying out the general repair and maintenance of the expansion joints o Installing water connections o Maintaining - repairing - replacing gate valves and bleed valves o Maintaining - repairing - replacing sluice gates o Maintaining the xxxxx and other operational elements of the aqueducts Maintenance of ra...

Standard Maintenance Services. Subject to Licensee’s timely payment as set forth in this Agreement, Softwood shall provide the following standard maintenance and support services:
Standard Maintenance Services. 3.1 During the term of this Agreement, PNO will provide Customer with the following mainte- xxxxx services (“Standard Maintenance Services”):
(a) Reasonable efforts to correct errors or bugs in the Software, provided, however, Cus- tomer acknowledges and agrees that (i) PNO may provide work-arounds in lieu of ac- tual error corrections or bug fixes; and (ii) PNO may not be able, with reasonable ef- forts, to correct every error or fix every bug identified by Customer or by others;
(b) New updates, releases or versions of the Software for which PNO does not charge a separate license fee, as such updates, releases or versions are made commercially available;
(c) Pre-release versions of the Software for internal testing only;
(d) Support for previous releases or versions of the Software for the period specified at the time such new release or version is provided to Customer; and
(e) Telephone and web-based support, in the amount of up to 12 hours per term between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., CET, Monday through Friday, excluding nation- al holidays, to assist Customer in using the Software.
3.2 Standard Maintenance Services do not include:
(a) Support to any third party contractors
(b) Charges for enhancements that are offered, at PNO’s sole discretion, to Customer upon payment of a fee established by PNO
(c) On-site support
(d) Training
(e) Hardware and related supplies (f) Telephone or web based support in excess of the limit stated in section 3.1.
Standard Maintenance Services. So long as undisputed maintenance fees are timely paid, TAB shall provide the following standard Maintenance Services with respect to the Software Products:

Standard Maintenance Services. (a) Scope of Services - During the term of this Agreement, Manufacturer will provide to CUSTOMER the following SERVICES for the Software:
(1) Corrections of substantial defects in the Software that impact its ability to provide service as advertised:
(2) Periodic Baseline Software Updates (BSU) that shall contain FLEXR-Plus Software enhancements to support all new features in the Fujitsu lightwave Multiplexers (FLM) and FACTR-PRODUCT. BSUs ensure that FLEXR Plus Software will always support the latest features in all Manufacturer's network elements;
(3) Unlimited telephone support during normal business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays), including dial-up support via modem to assist CUSTOMER in setup, usage and troubleshooting Software. CUSTOMER may obtain assistance by calling Manufacturer's Technical Assistance Center (TAC) at 1-800/873-3822;
(4) Emergency assistance outside of normal business hours for critical problems. Critical problems are considered to be those that cause a system failure that results in the loss of all transaction processing capability and/or the inability to restart the Software;
(5) Monthly call reports outlining trouble calls and solutions placed through the Manufacturer TAC. The tracking of these calls enables report generation capabilities;
