Standard Management Reports. Based upon Claims submitted by and paid to Pharmacies, Pharmacy BenefitDirect shall prepare and deliver to CLIENT at no additional charge to CLIENT, one set of reports as selected by CLIENT from the “Management Reports” listed in Exhibit A. The Parties shall agree on the media (e.g., magnetic tape, electronic data interchange, etc.) on which such reports will be contained.
Standard Management Reports. AdvancePCS will provide Customer with AdvancePCS' standard management reports in connection with the Services provided hereunder, which reports may change from time to time at AdvancePCS' discretion. Customer may elect to receive some or all of the standard management reports made available by AdvancePCS.

The Company shall not disclose material nonpublic information to the Investors, or to advisors to or representatives of the Investors, unless prior to disclosure of such information the Company identifies such information as being material nonpublic information and provides the Investors, such advisors and representatives with the opportunity to accept or refuse to accept such material nonpublic information for review and any Investor wishing to obtain such information enters into an appropriate confidentiality agreement with the Company with respect thereto.

  • Information/Cooperation Executive shall, upon reasonable notice, furnish such information and assistance to the Bank as may be reasonably required by the Bank, in connection with any litigation in which it or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates is, or may become, a party; provided, however, that Executive shall not be required to provide information or assistance with respect to any litigation between Executive and the Bank or any other subsidiaries or affiliates.
