STANDARD OF PERFORMANCE; LICENSES. A. The Contractor represents that Contractor possesses the personnel, experience and knowledge necessary to perform the services described under this Agreement. B. The Contractor agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the term of this Agreement, all applicable professional and business licenses required by law, for itself, its employees, agents, representatives and subcontractors.
