Agreement in Full Force. Except as specifically provided in this Amendment, the Agreement remains and shall remain in full force and effect, in accordance with its terms.
Agreement in Full Force. All provisions of the Temporary License Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and unchanged, except as provided herein.

Agreement in Full Force. As expressly amended hereby, the Purchase Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and the parties hereby ratify and confirm the same.

All rights, privileges and working conditions at the present time, which are not specifically included in this Agreement, shall remain in full force, unchanged and unaffected in any manner, during the term of this Agreement unless changed by mutual consent. Agreed to changes to the prevailing rights, regulations and policies shall be done by way of Letter of Understanding, between the Employer and the Union and appended to this Agreement.
Agreement in Full Force. Except as expressly amended hereby, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and, in the event of any inconsistencies between this Second Amendment and the terms of the Agreement, the terms set forth in this Amendment shall govern and control. The covenants, representations and conditions in the Agreement are mutual and dependent.
