Common use of STANDARD OF PERFORMANCE; LICENSES Clause in Contracts

STANDARD OF PERFORMANCE; LICENSES. A. Contractor represents that Contractor possesses the personnel, experience and knowledge necessary to perform the Scope of Services described in this Agreement. Contractor shall perform its services in accordance with generally accepted standards and practices customarily utilized by competent consulting firms in effect at the time Contractor's services are rendered.
