Common use of STANDARD OF PRACTICE Clause in Contracts

STANDARD OF PRACTICE. CONSULTANT warrants that it has the degree of learning and skill ordinarily possessed by reputableprofessionals practicing in similar localities in the same profession and under similar circumstances. CONSULTANT's duty is to exercise such care, skill and diligence as professionals engaged in the same profession ordinarily exercised under like circumstances.
