Common use of STANDARD OF PRACTICE Clause in Contracts

STANDARD OF PRACTICE. Services performed by the Engineer under this Agreement will be conducted in a manner consistent with that level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by members of the profession currently practicing in the same locality and under similar conditions at the time the services are performed.
