Common use of Standard of Protection Clause in Contracts

Standard of Protection. For the purpose of complying with the obligations set forth herein, each party shall use efforts commensurate with those that it employs for the protection of corresponding sensitive information of its own, which shall in any event be no lesser a standard than the type of efforts that would be taken by a reasonable business for the protection of its own highly confidential information and trade secrets.
