Common use of Standard of reporting and method of lodging Clause in Contracts

Standard of reporting and method of lodging. All reports and information provided by You under the Service Agreement, including under the Reporting Requirements, must be: (a) true and accurate in all respects; (b) of a standard and in a format acceptable to Us; and (c) provided to Us electronically via the reporting system specified as part of the Reporting Requirements or by such other method as specified in any notice given to You under clause 5.1(c) or as otherwise notified to You by Us from time to time.
