Common use of Standard of WCMRC Performance Clause in Contracts

Standard of WCMRC Performance. Subject to the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, WCMRC will use its Best Efforts to provide any Marine Spill Response Services required by Subscriber pursuant to this Agreement in a manner which attempts to mitigate, remove or clean up the applicable Spill as effectively as practicable under the existing circumstances.
