Common use of Standard of Western Canada Clause in Contracts

Standard of Western Canada. Marine Response Performance Subject to the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, Western Canada Marine Response will use its Best Efforts to provide any Marine Spill Response Services requested by Owner pursuant to this Agreement in a manner which attempts to mitigate, remove or clean-up the applicable spill as effectively as practicable under the existing circumstances.
