Standard Terms and Conditions Executive expressly understands and acknowledges that the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto are incorporated herein by reference, deemed a part of this Agreement and are binding and enforceable provisions of this Agreement. References to “this Agreement” or the use of the term “hereof” shall refer to this Agreement and the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto, taken as a whole.
Previous Terms and Conditions In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any prior versions thereof, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless it is expressly stated otherwise.
These Terms and Conditions I understand and agree that these Terms and Conditions will apply to each personal account opened for me at the Credit Union and that I should read and retain them. They replace all prior Terms and Conditions of Financial Services for personal accounts. I understand you may make changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Insurance Terms and Conditions Company must maintain the following limits and coverages uninterrupted or amended through the term of this Agreement. In the event Company becomes in default of the following requirements, Authority reserves the right to take whatever actions it deems necessary to protect its interests. Required liability policies other than Workers’ Compensation / Employer’s Liability will provide that Authority, members of Authority’s governing body, and Authority’s officers, volunteers and employees are included as additional insureds.
Governing Terms and Conditions If there is an irreconcilable conflict between the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract or any Contract Amendment and the terms and conditions set forth in any Exhibit, Appendix, Work Authorization or Supplemental Work Authorization to this Contract, the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract or any Contract Amendment shall control over the terms and conditions set forth in any Exhibit, Appendix, Work Authorization or Supplemental Work Authorization to this Contract.
