Common use of Standards and Full Time Commitment Clause in Contracts

Standards and Full Time Commitment. The Practice Management Services to be performed by Manager shall be performed in accordance with applicable federal and state requirements, the requirements of this Agreement, the policies of Practice, and any such accreditation/certification requirements deemed applicable to Practice. Manager agrees that it will use its best efforts to perform the Practice Management Services specified in this Agreement. Manager shall devote sufficient time and resources, as mutually determined by Manager and Practice, as is reasonably required to discharge its duties and provide the Practice Management Services to Practice as contemplated by this Agreement.
