Standards and Licensing. The City shall pay the complete cost of any training or additional licensing that, during the duration of this Agreement, becomes required by the City, law, or other governing or regulatory agency, for any Employee covered by this Agreement to maintain his or her current position.

Standards and Licensing. Residential programs shall be conducted in such a manner as to meet the standards promulgated by the State Board of Health, the State Fire Marshal and the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission, and other applicable standards and statutes. Any facilities so used shall be subject to inspection in the same manner as all other facilities and programs which are supported by public funds. All programs involving residential care shall be governed by applicable licensing, inspection, and other supervisory requirements imposed by law. All programs of referral shall be required to meet all State and Federal licensing requirements. All court supervised programs, including any form of specialized probation services shall meet standards prescribed by the Probation Standards and Practices Committee as promulgated by the Judicial Conference.
