The Standards and Licensing clause establishes the requirements for compliance with specific industry standards and the necessity of obtaining and maintaining appropriate licenses. In practice, this clause may require a party to adhere to technical, safety, or quality benchmarks and to ensure all relevant permits or certifications are current throughout the contract term. Standards and Licensing. The City shall pay the complete cost of any training or additional licensing that, during the duration of this Agreement, becomes required by the City, law, or other governing or regulatory agency, for any Employee covered by this Agreement to maintain his or her current position.

Standards and Licensing. The Recipient warrants that all work to be provided in the implementation of the Project shall be completed by properly licensed and/or certified persons and/or business entities which have been thoroughly vetted by Recipient and deemed to be qualified to fully and successfully perform the work required of them in a professional manner and consistent with all applicable industry standards.
