Outside Applicants. The District reserves the right to fill any position with an outside applicant if no internal candidates apply or if internal candidates do not have the needed qualifications for the position.
Outside Applicants. If a qualified candidate in the first category applies for a job he or she is entitled to be considered for the vacancy in priority to any candidate in the second, third or fourth category. Similarly, where there is no qualified candidate amongst full-time employees, the candidates in the second category are entitled to be considered for the vacancy in priority to candidates in the third and fourth categories. Where no qualified full-time or part-time member applies for the vacancy, the temporary members are entitled to consideration for the vacancy in priority to outside applicants.
Outside Applicants. The School District reserves the right to fill any position with an outside applicant if internal candidates, including substitutes, do not have the needed qualifications for the position or if no internal candidates apply. Candidate selection shall be made in consultation with the kitchen manager.
Outside Applicants. (A) When apprenticeship openings exceed the number of qualified seniority employees, the Company shall give the sons and daughters of seniority Bargaining Unit employees the available openings. If the openings at this point still are available the Company shall notify the local school board and public employment service by mail of the available openings, the minimum qualifications for eligibility, the closing date for application and where to file.
(B) After a preliminary check of each application by the Personnel Department, those meeting the minimum eligibility requirements outlined in Article 3 will be turned over to the Joint Apprenticeship Committee for approval or disapproval.
Outside Applicants. The school district reserves the right to fill any position with an outside applicant if internal candidates do not have the needed qualifications for the position or if no internal candidates apply. The Head Custodian assigned to the building/site will participate in the screening of custodial (grade 4) candidates for vacant position(s) at that site.
Outside Applicants. Once placement of current teachers has been completed through the placement process outlined in Article 7.3, the District will consider new hires to fill the vacancies.
Outside Applicants. No outside applicant shall be considered for any vacancy until the internal applications have been fully processed.
Outside Applicants. (a) When apprenticeship openings exceed the number of qualified seniority employees, the Company shall advertise.
(b) After a preliminary check of each application by the Human Resources Dept., those meeting the minimum requirements outlined in Article 25.14, will be turned over to the J.A.C.
Outside Applicants. In filling any vacancy, all qualified Employees shall be preferred over outside applicants.
Outside Applicants. No outside applicant for a position shall be selected until the applications of present employees have been fully processed.
