Standards and Specifications. The Franchisor will make available to the Franchisee standards and specifications for products and services offered at or through the ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHOCOLATE FACTORY Store and specifically, for the recipes for Store Candy, display cases, uniforms, materials, forms, menu boards, items and supplies used in connection with the Store. The Franchisor reserves the right to change standards and specifications for services and products offered at or through the ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHOCOLATE FACTORY Store and for the recipes for Store Candy, display cases, uniforms, materials, forms, items and supplies used in connection with the Store upon 30 days prior written notice to the Franchisee.
