The sediment basin shall be designed consistent with standards and specifications for con- struction site sediment basins in the Wisconsin Construction Site Best Management Practice Handbook, WDNR Pub. WR−222, November 1993 Revision and the NRCS field office technical guide standards and specifications as of January, 1995: 1. 350 − sediment basin; 2. 342 − critical area planting; 3. 382 − fencing; 4. 412 − grassed waterway; 5. 468 − lined waterway or outlet; and 6. 484 − mulching.
