None of the Acquired Corporations is or has ever been a member or promoter of, or a contributor to, any industry standards body or similar organization that could require or obligate any of the Acquired Corporations to grant or offer to any other Person any license or right to any Company IP.

None Since January 1, 2004, none of the Acquired Corporations is or has ever been a member or promoter of, or a contributor to, any industry standards body or similar organization that could require or obligate any of the Acquired Corporations to grant or offer to any other Person any license or right to any Company IP.

None of the Acquired Corporations Companies is or and has ever never been a member or promoter of, or a contributor to, any industry standards body or similar organization that could require requires or obligate obligates any of the Acquired Corporations Company to grant or offer to any other Person any license or right to any Acquired Company IP.

None To the knowledge of the Seller, no Acquired Corporations Corporation is or has ever been was a member or promoter of, or a contributor to, any industry standards body or similar organization that could require or obligate any of the Acquired Corporations Corporation to grant or offer to any other Person any license or right to any Company Acquired Corporation IP.

None of the No Acquired Corporations Company is or has ever been a member or promoter of, or a contributor to, any industry standards body or similar organization that could require requires or obligate any of the obligates such Acquired Corporations Company to grant or offer to any other Person any license or right to any Company Owned IP or to refrain from enforcing any Company Owned IP.

None of the No Acquired Corporations Company is or and has ever been a member or promoter of, or a contributor to, any industry standards body or similar organization that could require or obligate any of the Acquired Corporations Company to grant or offer to any other Person any license or right to any Company IP.

None of the Acquired Corporations is or has ever been a member or promoter of, or a contributor to, any industry standards body or similar organization that could require or obligate any of the Acquired Corporations to grant or offer to any other Person any license or right to any Company IPIP that is used for and material to, any Company Product.

None To the knowledge of the Company, no Acquired Corporations Corporation is or has ever been was a member or promoter of, or a contributor to, any industry standards body or similar organization that could require or obligate any of the Acquired Corporations Corporation to grant or offer to any other Person any license or right to any Company Acquired Corporation IP.

None of the Acquired Corporations Companies is or nor has any of them ever been a member or promoter of, or a contributor to, any industry standards body or similar organization that could require or obligate any of the Acquired Corporations Company to grant or offer to any other Person any license or right to any Company-Owned IP, or to the knowledge of Company IP(without a requirement of inquiry) any other Company Intellectual Property.
