Standards for Operator and its Employees. Operator shall perform its services and carry out its responsibilities hereunder and shall require all of its employees and contractors, subcontractors, and materialmen furnishing labor, material or services for the construction and operation of the Facilities to carry out their responsibilities, in accordance with sound, workmanlike and prudent practices of the gas pipeline industry and in compliance with all relevant laws, statutes, ordinances, safety codes, regulations and rules of governmental authorities having jurisdiction applicable to the Facilities.
