Standards of Business Ethics and Conduct. Seller shall conduct its business fairly, impartially, and in an ethical and proper manner which ensures that the Quality and Safety of the products provided to the Buyer are not compromised. Buyer is committed to conducting its business fairly, impartially, and in an ethical and proper manner. Buyer’s expectation is that Seller also will conduct its business fairly, impartially, and consistent with FAR 52.222 ensuring all associates are aware of their contribution to safety, product conformity and ethical behavior.
