Common use of Standards of Professional Conduct and Performance Clause in Contracts

Standards of Professional Conduct and Performance. If the Director promulgates new standards of professional conduct and/or minimum levels of competency or performance for drivers and escorts, the Contractor must ensure that all affected employees are made fully aware of, and act in full compliance with, such new standards. In addition, the Contractor must certify in the manner prescribed by the Director that each and every driver, escort and other affected employee has received written notification of such new standards.
