Use of Vehicles. Use or authorize the Vehicles to be used in any manner (i) that would make such Vehicles that are Program Vehicles ineligible for repurchase or sale under the applicable Eligible Vehicle Disposition Program, (ii) for any illegal purposes or (iii) that could subject the Vehicles to confiscation.

Use of Vehicles. Except during specified move-in and move-out periods, the USER shall not drive or cause to be driven any vehicle on the Authorized Area without the written consent of the COUNTY.
Use of Vehicles. Knowingly use or allow the Program Vehicles to be used in any manner that would (i) make any such Program Vehicles ineligible for repurchase by their respective Manufacturers or for sale in accordance with applicable Auction Procedures, except with respect to the permitted redesignation of Program Vehicles as Non-Program Vehicles, pursuant to Section 14, or (ii) subject the Vehicles to confiscation.
Use of Vehicles. Use of private vehicles must be authorized in advance. Employees will not be required to transport other individuals in the employee’s personal vehicle; however, the Employer may require employees to carpool in a state vehicle. The Employer may allow employees, with prior approval, to return directly to their home following assignment at a non-permanent work location with the agency vehicle returned to the permanent site the next day, when the distance from the non- permanent site to the employee’s home is less than the mileage to the permanent site.

The minimum mileage rate will be $0.50 per kilometer as of May 1, 2006. 12.12.2 Employees may also recover expenses for parking while on College business at a location away from their regular place of work. 12.12.3 Employees who use their own vehicles in the regular performance of their duties will be reimbursed by the College for the difference in the cost of insurance between "business" and "to and from work" categories as defined by ICBC. 12.12.4 Employees at the Downtown Campus who are not part of the VCC parking pool arrangement and who are required to use their personal vehicles in the performance of their duties will be reimbursed for their cost of private parking in excess of the VCC parking pool cost to a maximum of $40.00 per month upon submission of receipts.

Use of Vehicles. I further acknowledge, with regard to any personal vehicle driven by me or which I am a passenger in, that in the event of an accident, there is no coverage afforded to me through the Diocesan Master Insurance Program for liability or physical damage sustained to any vehicle involved or liability incurred by me while operating my vehicle. I acknowledge that if I choose to park at any Diocesan facility, I do so at my own risk.

Teachers required in the course of their work to drive personal automobiles from one school building to another shall receive a car allowance at a rate consistent with the allowable I.R.S. deduction in effect as of January 1st. a. Itinerant teachers shall be provided time to travel from one site to another. 2. When more than one (1) school employee attends a meeting, the District will expect these employees to “pool” transportation, and mileage allowance will be made for only one (1) car. If the employees cannot agree on starting time or the use of cars, then the mileage allowance shall be divided among the people attending the same meeting. 3. The same allowance shall be given for the use of personal cars for field trips and other business of the District. Employees who transport students in their private vehicles must submit a proof of insurance form prior to departure and complete the necessary District private vehicle transportation form which requires permission of the Superintendent or designee. 4. Employees are strongly discouraged from transporting students in their private vehicles. a. The employee shall use rental vehicles, at the District’s expense, when transporting student(s) who are under an employee’s supervision, whenever possible. b. If while under an employee’s supervision, a student needs transporting, the employee should arrange for transportation by first contacting the student’s parent/guardian and then the employee’s building administrator(s). If the building administrator(s) is not available, the employee should next contact a district administrator(s). If a district administrator is unavailable, the employee should then contact local law enforcement through non-emergency channels. The District will provide on a wallet size card a current list of administrator and non-emergency law enforcement contact information. c. If an employee chooses to transport any student(s) while under an employee’s supervision, permission must be obtained from the Superintendent (or designee) or building administrator. When an employee uses a personal vehicle to transport students while under an employee’s supervision, the employee’s personal insurance is primary and the only insurance the District shall carry is secondary in nature protecting only the District’s interests.
