Standing Charge. Our Charges for supplying the Services may include a Standing Charge. The Standing Charge that applies to you depends on whether you have agreed to pay a Daily Standing Charge as part of your Contract or, if your Premises are empty and you are not using the Services at the Premises as expected in-line with your original quote, you may be charged a Monthly Standing Charge to cover the rental of the Meter and other associated costs. If you are on a Deemed Contract, you must contact us to find out what your Standing Charge is. 8.4.1. If applicable, the Daily Standing Charge will be set out in the Commercial Schedule. 8.4.2. If a Monthly Standing Charge applies, we will notify you of the price you need to pay once you tell us that you won’t be using the Services at the Premises e.g. you have notified us that the Premises are going to be empty, or we become aware that you won’t be using Services or that you have stopped using the Services at the Premises for any period of time. You must tell us when you start using the Services again. If you do not wish to pay a Monthly Standing Charge, you may have the meter removed at your cost but please note that this will mean that you will no longer be connected to receive gas at the Premises. You may also move to an alternative supplier who may not charge you a Monthly Standing Charge

  • Check-writing Charge The Transfer Agent may receive any fees reasonably related to the cost incurred by the Transfer Agent to administer and collect the check-writing charge applicable to a shareholder’s Account in an all-inclusive fee fund. The Transfer Agent may also receive any fees reasonably related to the cost to the Transfer Agent of completing stop payment orders with respect to checks written on a shareholder’s Account in an all-inclusive fee fund.

  • Floating Charge The Current Issuer, by way of first floating charge for the payment or discharge of the Current Issuer Secured Obligations, subject to Clause 4 (Release of Current Issuer Charged Property), hereby charges in favour of the Note Trustee the whole of its undertaking and all its property, assets and rights, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including without limitation its uncalled capital, other than any property or assets for the time being the subject of a fixed charge or effectively assigned pursuant to any of the foregoing provisions of this Clause 3 (Current Issuer Security).

  • No Outstanding Charges There are no defaults in complying with the terms of the Mortgage, and all taxes, governmental assessments, insurance premiums, water, sewer and municipal charges, leasehold payments or ground rents which previously became due and owing have been paid, or an escrow of funds has been established in an amount sufficient to pay for every such item which remains unpaid and which has been assessed but is not yet due and payable.   • Shipping Charges Unless otherwise stated in the Bid Specifications, all deliveries shall be deemed to be freight on board (F.O.B.) destination tailgate delivery at the dock of the Authorized User. Unless otherwise agreed, items purchased at a price F.O.B.
