STANFORD LICENSE. LICENSEE acknowledges that it has received a sublicense under the STANFORD LICENSE. LICENSEE has received a copy of the STANFORD LICENSE and, having read and understood the same, agrees to comply with the provisions thereof, including without limitation, Articles 4, 5.3, 8 and 10 thereof. KOSAN agrees that in the event of a termination of the STANFORD LICENSE, in accordance with the provisions of Section 14.3 of the STANFORD LICENSE, the sublicense granted LICENSEE herein shall be assigned to STANFORD.
