Unless otherwise specifically provided in single articles, the parties – with particular reference to the contents and expiry dates of Art. 9 of the specific part entitled “minimum monthly salaries” schedule A – agree that this agreement, after absorbing the 2009 start-date, is to remain valid for three years from 01 January 2010 through to 31 December 2012. The agreement will be held as being tacitly renewed from year to year, unless either party notifies its cancellation to the other in a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt at least 6 months prior to expiry.
