Common use of START DATE AND DURATION Clause in Contracts

START DATE AND DURATION. 3.1 The “Start Date” shall be XXXXXX (or earlier date based on Buyer’s readiness) 3.2 The “End Date” shall be XXXXXX or such other date as may be determined in accordance with Clause 14 of this Agreement whichever is earlier. 3.3 Upon the execution by the Parties, this Agreement shall be in full force and effect from the Effective Date and shall remain in full force and effect until the End Date. This duration shall be called as “Term” of the Agreement. The Buyer by no later than the Start Date, shall ensure readiness of evacuation infrastructure to facilitate commencement of Gas supply and maintain the same throughout the Term.
