START DATE AND DURATION. 3.1 The “Start Date” for Sales Gas delivery shall be 0600 hours of 05th May 2023. 3.2 The “End Date” shall be 0600 hours of 20th May 2023 or such other date as may be determined in accordance with Clause 13 of this Agreement whichever is earlier. 3.3 Upon the execution by the Parties, this Agreement shall be in full force and effect from the Effective Date and shall remain in full force and effect until the End Date.
