Start of Your Payment Obligation. After your Grace Period ends, you will have to start making payments as soon as your monthly earned income is above the Minimum Monthly Income Threshold. For example, if your Grace Period ends in February 2020 and you earn above the Minimum Monthly Income Threshold in March 2020, then your first payment will be due at the beginning of April 2020.
