Start-up and Initial Operation. The Services shall include the start-up of components, calibration of controls and equipment, initial operation of the Facility and each portion thereof, function and verification tests, and all other start-up and initial operation functions pertaining to the Project. At all times during the performance of the Services, Contractor shall use all reasonable efforts to minimize (consistent with Prudent Utility Practices and the terms of this Agreement) the use of fuels, feed materials, utilities, consumables, waste disposal services, electricity, water and chemicals.

The TTMS Work shall include the start- up of components, calibration of controls, initial operation of the ETTM System and each portion thereof, total system function and verification tests and all other start-up and initial operation functions pertaining to the ETTM System.
