Starter Package. The Starter package consists of the following. • This is a 1-hour session. • An initially building site visit for introduction of the Consultant to the Client. Due to the Covid19 regulations in place, and the concerns of all parties and their wellbeing and safety, this ‘building site visit’ could be done via Zoom™, Whatsapp™ or Skype™ • A general determination and discussion of the proposed Project with the Client • A general overview of the site where the proposed Project is to take place. • A basic viability analysis of the proposed Project • Possible recommendation(s) to continue with Project.
