STATE ACCEPTANCE. All insurance providers are subject to OHCS acceptance. If requested by OHCS, Grantee shall provide complete copies of insurance policies, endorsements, self-insurance documents and related insurance documents to OHCS’s representatives responsible for verification of the insurance coverages required under this Exhibit B. Grantee must comply with all federal law, regulations and executive orders, as indicated, and shall cause all subrecipients and subcontractors to comply with all federal law, regulations and executive orders.
