Common use of State Allocation Clause in Contracts

State Allocation. The State Remediation Payment multiplied by the percentage for each Eligible State listed in Exhibit F. The allocation percentages in Exhibit F reflect a re-allocation to only states in which the Released Entities operate because any and all potential claims and/or liability against the Released Entities arise from alleged Covered Conduct related to Products in those states.
