ECONOMIC PROVISIONS. A. In the event any economic provision of this Agreement becomes inoperative for any reason, that provision shall be subject to re-negotiation at the request of either party. B. If, after negotiations, the parties are unable to agree, the matter shall be referred to an Impasse Neutral for resolution. C. If the new impasse is the result of action or inaction of the Xxxxxxxxxx County Council, the procedures provided for in Section 33.153(o,p), of the Xxxxxxxxxx County Code, shall be followed.

If, after negotiations, the parties are unable to agree, the matter shall be referred to an Impasse Neutral for resolution. 3. If the new impasse is the result of action or inaction of the Xxxxxxxxxx County Council, the procedures provided for in §33-80(g), supra, shall be followed.

ECONOMIC PROVISIONS. A. This Agreement shall be effective for the period of time set forth herein. A. Health and dental benefits will be provided by the Board as follows: 1. For the purposes of health and dental benefits, full-time members are those who are regularly scheduled to work more than four (4) hours per day and part-time members are those who are regularly scheduled to work four (4) hours or less per day. 2. For part-time members who are employed at the time of the execution of this Agreement (7/1/08) the Board shall pay forty-two and one-half percent (42.5%) of the cost of health and/or dental benefits if the other fifty-seven and one-half percent (57.5%) is paid by the part- time employee. 3. The Board will provide no health or dental benefits for any part-time (four [4] hours or less) members hired after the execution of this Agreement (7/1/08). Such members have the option to participate in the Board's health/dental benefit plans at their own expense.
ECONOMIC PROVISIONS. Under the Job Security Program, a laid off Employee will be entitled to up to eighty percent (80%) of his/her salary and health coverage for him/herself and his/her family under the NBF under the same conditions that prevail in the present Agreement, as determined by the Contract Interpretation and Policy Committee in accordance with the procedures set forth in Article XXXI(B), provided that the maximum period of time for which any covered Employee may receive JSF payments and benefits shall be until the expiration of the Agreement, or two (2) years, whichever is greater, but not to exceed the period of the Employee’s continuous service, unless he/she fails to pursue JSF referrals, refuses to enroll in JSF recommended training, or turns down appropriate job offers, at which time the Executive Director may terminate benefits. The League and Union hereby direct the Administrator to promulgate appropriate rules to ensure full compliance with JSF regulations. (i) The amount of the SUB under this Article IXA(B) will be determined in accordance with the following schedules, unless modified by the Trustees of the JSF.
