State and Local Regulations Compliance Provisions. Contractor shall comply with all applicable state and local laws, rules and regulations for businesses, ambulance services, and those associated with employees. Contractor shall also comply with MVEMSA policies, procedures and protocols. Contractor is responsible for complying with all rules and regulations associated with providing services for recipients of and being reimbursed by state Medi-Cal and other state and federally funded programs.
