Common use of State Approval of Subcontractor Clause in Contracts

State Approval of Subcontractor. (a) The Contractor may not delegate any duties under this Contract to a Subcontractor unless MDCH Grants and Purchasing Division gives prior approval to the delegation. Attached as Exhibit A is a list of the Subcontractors, if any, approved by the State as of the Effective Date. The State is entitled to receive copies of and review all subcontracts. The Contractor may delete or redact any proprietary information before providing it to the State.
